A friend of mine sent me the snow ice cream recipe when the snow began to fall and it was a yummy treat after naptime. Here it is in case you want to try it...
Snow Ice Cream
3 oz instant pudding (chocolate, vanilla or lemon) (we tried vanilla)
2 3/4 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla (omit if using chocolate)
1 1/2 cups sugar
dash salt
Mix all ingredients until foamy.
Add 3 quarts new fallen snow.
Mix and eat immediately or freeze. Enjoy!
I've also included a couple videos from last week. In the meantime, as much fun as the snow day was, we're looking forward to spring and summer.
I'm not sure who Reese learned this from...it definitely wasn't me!
We are getting better at counting but still need some work!
Hey Hilary! I hope everything is going great with y'all. I wanted to let you know that I love keeping up with you on your blog and the girls are looking so big and cute! Also, we have used the clothes that y'all gave us SO much. They have been such a life saver and we even ended up bringing Abigail home from the hospital in one of the outfits.
